Position: Odoo Functional Consultant

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, configure Odoo modules to meet client requirements, and provide ongoing support and training. This role demands strong business analysis skills, in-depth Odoo expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and recommend Odoo solutions.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure Odoo modules and customize functionalities to fit unique business needs.
• User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing troubleshooting assistance.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation for future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure project success.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo implementation and customization.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Employee, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, etc.
Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Language: Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

Certifications: Odoo certification or other ERP-related credentials.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python development and Odoo frameworks.
Industry Experience: Background in manufacturing, retail, or finance.
Project Management: Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Additional Knowledge: Experience with accounting processes and financial reporting.
