Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Overall responsibility for achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Market Gap Identification: Identify market gaps and recommend methods to cover uncovered markets.
  • Marketing Plans Implementation: Responsible for the implementation of marketing plans and reporting feedback to management.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise DSRs (Direct Sales Representatives) and FSOs (Field Sales Officers) within the assigned area.
  • Debtors Control: Ensure that customers' debts are controlled and kept within approved credit limits and periods.
  • Market Analysis: Report and review market situations regarding competitors and marketing opportunities to management.
  • Sales Team Training: Train and update the knowledge of sales personnel deployed in the assigned area.
  • Other Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Professional Qualifications: Recognized professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or related roles.

Physical Conditions of Work

  • In Office: 5%
  • In the Field: 95%

Additional Information

  • Location/Field Work: Significant time spent in the field rather than in the office.
