Development Merchandiser

Career Profile:

• Develop and manage products from concept to Tech Pack.
• Execute costings with accuracy to ensure target margins.
• Oversee and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans for seamless workflow.
• Coordinate with design, production, and suppliers to meet quality and delivery goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure on-time execution.

Skills and Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in merchandising or a related role.
• Strong understanding of costing and budgeting principles.
• Proven experience in T&A management with a track record of timely deliveries.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple priorities.
