Senior Executive Talent Analytics


Key Responsibilities

Reports & Analysis:

  • Prepare and share Monthly Headcount Reports using HRIS (Oracle).
  • Submit Headcount Reports for the Monthly Dashboard to Holdco Finance.
  • Generate Weekly Starters, Leavers, OT & Non-compliance Reports.
  • Develop summary reports (CTCs, standardization matrix, retirement age, etc.).
  • Create HR presentations for management meetings. 


HR Data Reconciliation:


  • Ensure data accuracy across HRIS (Oracle), Payroll, and O365 (Teams structure).
    Validate HR dashboard data against source records.
  • Maintain updated line manager reports on HRIS.
    

️ HR Structures & System Management:


  • Maintain organizational structures with up-to-date records.
  • Process employee transfers, department changes, and system updates.
  • Track and close Oracle system-related tickets with external stakeholders. 


HR Projects & Automation:


  • Drive HR automation initiatives and support system improvements.
  • Assist in HR Dashboard development for data-driven decision-making.
    

Knowledge & Skills

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.

Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
 ️                                      Hands-on experience with HRIS (Oracle), payroll reconciliation, and data management.
