Manager Internal Audit

Location: Colombo 05
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal audit assignments in compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee audit planning, risk assessment, testing, and reporting.
• Evaluate and assess internal controls, risk management, and governance structures.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management & audit committees.
• Train and develop internal audit staff.

Key Requirements

• Member or Passed Finalist of CA Sri Lanka or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in internal audit in an audit firm or corporate setting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in audit software & Microsoft Office Suite.
