Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing


Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Meet with customers to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Target Achievement: Develop strategic plans to successfully achieve sales and marketing goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Risk Management: Ensure adherence to credit policies, follow up on payments, and minimize financial risks.
• Team Leadership & Education: Maintain strong industry relationships and keep the sales team informed on market trends and industry best practices.
• Strategic Decision Making: Provide market insights and analysis to support management in business decision-making.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Additional qualifications in Sales and Marketing are an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, particularly in freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of the English language.
