Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to provide strategic HR support and ensure effective management of our human capital. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including developing job descriptions, job postings, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates, as well as handling employee terminations.
• Implement and control HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
• Deliver induction training and other development initiatives (behavioral and job-related).
• Report on headcount, promotions, transfers, leave, attendance, exits, etc.
• Address employee issues, grievances, or concerns and resolve them in a fair and impartial manner.
• Handle payroll, EPF, ETF registration, and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Coordinate with team leaders to meet manpower needs across departments.
• Draft and update the employee handbook to reflect organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with planning company events.
• Perform related functions as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
