• Oversee and delegate tasks to technicians
• Resolve customer issues individually
• Arrange workshop tasks to optimize efficiency, following dealership policy and
• taking into account technician skill level.
• Accountable for customer vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring that tasks
• are completed quickly and accurately.
• Establish and sustain an efficient system for assigning tasks to technicians
• Provide support to technicians when required.
• Accurately and neatly fill out paperwork in a timely manner
• Manage team members in a competent and professional manner
• Uphold dealership policies and protocols.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
• Handle warranty and internal repair tasks.
• Ensure the workshop is clean and properly maintained.
