Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Maintain and update HR records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions.
Work closely with management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.

Requirements:

️ Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
️ 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
️ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
️ Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
