Job Title: Senior Executive - Ecommerce

Job Summary
The Senior Executive - Ecommerce is responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with third-party ecommerce partners, identifying new opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth. The role involves ensuring product availability and visibility, developing sales strategies, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sell-in and sell-out for ecommerce platforms and key accounts.
- Develop and implement ecommerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and engage potential new ecommerce partners, creating new business opportunities.
- Monitor and negotiate stock cover levels based on demand forecasts and seasonal trends.
Ecommerce Account Management
- Lead and manage relationships with ecommerce platforms, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure product availability and optimize online shelf presence across platforms.
- Handle new product listings, pricing strategies, promotional planning, order fulfillment, and payment collection.
- Track and analyze online product placements and competitor activity.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze sell-in and sell-out/offtake data to generate daily and monthly sales reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the ecommerce management team based on data trends.
- Maintain scorecards and performance dashboards for ecommerce operations.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and implement monthly/quarterly consumer discounts in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team.
- Work with the Brand team to execute on-site visibility campaigns and digital advertisements.
Supply Chain & Operations
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Brand teams to ensure production and inventory levels meet demand forecasts.
- Resolve order fulfillment challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
- Process ecommerce claims and commercial activity-related bills.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing or Ecommerce are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
- Good understanding of FMCG operations and ecommerce platforms.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Ecommerce role within an FMCG company.
- OR 2+ years in a commercial, business development, or marketing role in an ecommerce company.
