Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for corporate banking applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API connectivity, data transfer, and integration

processes.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain high-quality API solutions.

• Ensure compliance with quality of service (QoS) standards to meet customer expectations.

• Conduct quality control (QC) checks on API integrations to identify and address any discrepancies

or errors.

• Proficient in SQL and PLSQL to analyze data and create database queries as needed.

• Possess knowledge of Full Text Search (FTS) technologies to optimize search capabilities within

applications.

• Maintain a strong understanding of PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)

• compliance requirements and ensure adherence within corporate banking applications.

• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge

sharing.

• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience in application support roles, specifically within the corporate banking sector.

• Extensive experience with API integration in a corporate banking environment.

• Understanding Quality of Service (QoS) principles and practices.

• Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL for data analysis and database queries.

• Knowledge of Full Text Search (FTS) technologies.

• Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
