RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandising/ Promoter Team

Complete Ownership and Successful execution of Merchandising / Promoter operation for the organisation

Planning for optimal merchandiser coverage across channels in coordination with Salesteam and merchandising agency

Develop an effective scorecard by outlet category and ensure minimal 90% score is maintained across outlets via merchandisers

Daily reports/ Monthly reports on Merchandising effectiveness to be shared with Sales team

Ensuring best in class POSM strategy and visibility execution for the brands across TT, MT, Pharma and Institutions.

Ensure effective and regular Merchandiser training programs with tracking and evaluation of agreed KPIs. Merchandiser team to always be competitive and effective in current trade context.

Drive Special merchandising operations that provide the brands with competitive edge in trade execution.

Ensure optimal usage of POSM and with minimal wastage.

Ensure effective promoter girl execution in key MT/ GT outlets and achievement of set targets by brand.

Reporting and Operational Planning

Lead the 02 TM assistants on the required daily and monthly reporting cyclesand data

Requirements.

Sales Team & Distributors Incentive calculations & circulation

Circulating day to day agreed reports to the Sales Team & required individuals.

Month End reports Calculations & Circulation

All month End Documents collection & coordination with relevant departments

ORN Process follow up for timely crediting.

Custodian of Sales statistics ECO, Outlet level brand statistics

Assist demand forecast and planner with required sales trends.
