Requirements:

• Familiar with Sage / Xero / QuickBooks
• Raising of sales and purchase invoices
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
• Reconcile balance sheet items such as
• Debtors
• Creditor
• Pre-payments
• Accruals
• Vat
• PAYE & pension
• Understanding of VAT / ability to prepare VAT return
• Ability to prepare accounts to trial balance for review by accountant
• Familiar with running monthly payroll
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of industry-specific accounting practices and regulations.
• Professional accountancy qualifications
