Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management platforms.
• Experience with paid advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus

Tasks and Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Conduct keyword research to develop and optimize content strategies.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements.
• Analyze website performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and industry trends.

Social Media Management:

• Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Interact with followers and manage online community interactions.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve the desired ROI.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract and convert leads.
