Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field (Master's or professional certification preferred)
• 05 + years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales and marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibility

• Troubleshooting, Project execution, software development
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive business growth.
• Identify and target new business opportunities; build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions using automation products.
• Work closely with Team/Customers to execute Projects as per timelines
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
• Possess Leadership qualities, Training & Development of Team/Customers, leads from the front
