• Location: Close Proximity to Kottawa.

• Work Type: Onsite

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

                               Saturday from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years Warehouse or Logistics experience.
• Logistics experience in Retail Industry would be an added advantage.
• Diploma or certificate level qualification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Good decision-making skills, even under pressure
• Ability to meet the deadlines
• Ability to plan and think ahead
• Ability to analyze Excel data and data illustrations
• Technical and IT skills

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operation from inbound to outbound.

• Delivery planning according to location requirements and arranging the dispatch plan.

• Space utilization planning and tracking on aging and high inventory levels.

• Staff productivity monitoring and allocating the work plan along with daily output.

• Meeting the deadlines along with the set output standards.

• Monitoring the replenishment process and maintain the put-away and pull-out efficiency.

• Ensuring inventory accuracy and conducting perpetual inventory counts.

• Generate the warehouse MIS report monthly basis and present to the management for decision-making

• Inventory analysis and daily inventory & process related report submission.
