Job Title: Product Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Annual Business Plan (ABP) Development: Accountable for developing and delivering the approved ABP for the entire product portfolio.
• Trend Identification & Strategy Formulation: Continuously identify industry, consumer, and competitor trends to formulate product and brand strategies, including new product development (NPD) and renovations.
• New Product Development Guidelines: Responsible for setting NPD guidelines for any new launches, supported by the RPD team.
• Demand Planning: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate demand planning and forecasting.
• Purchase Plan Management: Convert forecasts into purchase plans, manage inventory, and communicate with suppliers to manage deliveries.
• Agency Liaison for Brand Communication: Regularly liaise with advertising, media, and research agencies for communication strategies, campaigns, and market/consumer analysis.
• Marketing Budget Management: Monitor and control marketing budgets, including managing promotional needs and conducting post-promotional analysis.
• Market Visits & Sales Collaboration: Regularly visit the market and attend sales meetings to gather customer insights and create tactical plans with the sales team.
• Supplier Relations & Negotiations: Formulate annual purchase plan forecasts, negotiate terms with suppliers, and conduct regular supplier visits.
• Category Performance Monitoring: Focus on daily, weekly, and monthly category performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
