KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Achievement of sales objectives by category by month
- Ensure to achieve the set Objectives for all company NPD's & EPD's
- Ensure complete implementation of soles tools and initiatives for the respective month.
- Achievement of optimal numeric distribution and infrastructure deployment
- Develop efficient and effective distributor and distribution network gauged by optimal return on investment for the distributors and market.
- Coverage Effective planning of shipment/IMS and ensuring that the area does not experience out of stock situation
- Checking of disposals effectively on a monthly basis to ensure no violation.
- In the event of a system failure, responsible individual should ensure manual records to ensure no violations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma of Business or equivalent qualification Preferred
