Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in administration, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar position.
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance and governance related to procurement and administration.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have honesty & Integrity.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be well-mannered, polite, and fit within the company culture.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets for administrative and operational activities.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained.
  • Optimize resource allocation to reduce operational costs.
  • Lead procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Implement procurement policies for efficiency.
  • Oversee supply chain for timely service delivery and coordinate logistics.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement governance frameworks and conduct regular audits.
  • Lead and mentor administrative and procurement teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support special projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.
