Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and be open to learning.
• Fluency in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
• Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude even in challenging situations.
• Resilient, organized, and trustworthy.
• Passionate about animal welfare and improving the veterinary standards for street dogs in Sri Lanka.
• Flexible, as the nature of our work is often unpredictable.

Responsibilities

Community Education and Program Promotion

• Develop and deliver workshops on responsible dog ownership, rabies vaccination, and neutering benefits.
• Develop and implement campaigns to raise public awareness about street dog welfare, and organize events and drives to promote the company and our programs.
• Create and distribute educational materials to support community education efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and educational programs.

Relationship Building and Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with community members, local organizations, government officials, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the community to ensure effective collaboration.
• Conduct presentations for diverse stakeholders, including community members, high-net-worth individuals, companies, and government officials.
