EDUCATION:

• Degree in Marketing/ Business Management or professional qualifications in CIM/SLIM.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience.
• Experience in FMCG industry is a must (Retail/Wholesale).
• Experience in Distributor Management
• Knowledge in MS Office package is an added advantage (MS Excel/ MS Word/ MS Power Point) being a computer integrated working environment (IFS).

BEHAVIORAL:

• Be present in the field to ensure availability and visibility of our products, and the quality of service of the team.
• Strong business acumen for result orientation independently.
• Excellent leadership and perseverance to drive the team for results whilst demonstrating interdependent skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for timely decision making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on interpersonal, Presentation, Negotiation skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Periodical and timely reporting/information flow to the Top Management for critical decisions to be taken in the field.
• Maintain meticulous field related administration
