Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field with experience in Risk Analysis, Preparation of Financial Reports
• Experience in preparation of BOQ's and able to produce quick estimates
• Experience working on various construction projects, including residential and commercial sites and ability to read and interpret building plans
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying
