Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performances of the entity and business streams.
• Ensure proper organizational development concerning financial issues and working capital management.
• Keep financial structure in line with corporate guidelines, including working capital management and investment/ disinvestment proposals.
• Maintain corporate relations with corporate finance, financial institutions, other organizations, etc.
• Manage and supervise all financial activities in the financial department.
• Conduct financial reporting; prepare ad-hoc reporting for events management.
• I'd appreciate it if you could provide reports and guidance to the General Committee when applicable.
• Comply with local laws/regulations and with requirements from external parties and deal with external Auditors, Audit Committees, and other stakeholders.
• Inventory control staff to derive cost/benefits through Inventory. Monitoring of corporate governance about the inventory and cost of capital.
• Address Tax-related issues and calculations, attend Interviews with Income tax staff, and liaise with Consultants.
• Performances management, monitoring budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare Legal and statutory accounts, according to local statutory laws and regulations
• Facilitate cross-functional cooperation
• Other supervisory activities wherever assigned as an area of responsibility
• Prepare reports and information for the Committee /Treasurer/ General Manager as requested, as well as other tasks assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Character Qualities

• Qualifies either ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA, Posing a Bachelors Degree.
• Should possess a minimum of 03-05 years of experience in a similar capacity or at an Audit Firm
• Working knowledge in ERP systems, MS Office, E-mail, and the Internet.
• High interpersonal and analytical skills
