Requirements : 

• Degree in Marketing / Business Management or professional qualifications in SLIM / CIM
• Minimum 10 years of work experience
• Experience in FMCG industry is a must ( Retail / Wholesale )
• Experience in Distributor Management
• Knowledge in MS Office package is an added advantage (MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint )

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Be present in the field to ensure availability and visibility of products and quality of service of the team
• Strong business acumen for result orientation independently
• Excellent leadership and perseverance to drive the team for results whilst demonstrating independent skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Periodical and timely reporting / information flow to the Top Management to take critical decisions
• Maintain meticulous field related administration
