Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management: Gather and maintain data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and operational improvements.

• Reporting: Develop, create, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytical tools.

• Qualitative & Quantitative Research: Utilize Qualtrics and other survey tools to gather and analyze customer feedback and other qualitative data.

• Data Integration: Work with various departments to integrate data from Salesforce, Qualtrics, and other platforms into a cohesive and analytics framework.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that align with business goals.

Interactions

• Data Analytics Manager: Report directly to the Manager, working closely to achieve departmental goals and support data-driven decision-making.

• Technical Team: Collaborate with the technical team to identify data related issues, recommend enhancements, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Commercial Team: Partner with the commercial team to analyze market trends and support client onboarding tasks with relevant data insights.

• Key Customers: Engage with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.

• KPI and Goal Adherence: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs set by the organization for data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of data integrity and quality across all analytical outputs.

• Personalization: Provide customized data solutions to meet the specific needs of different departments and stakeholders.
