1. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To contribute to the long term growth and sustainability of the company by working towards expanding and developing the Agency business in Geo markets and realizing the objectives set out with regard to same.
• Conduct market research (data collection and analysis, identify trends, markets size, competitive analysis, target markets analysis, price analysis, etc.) to understand market requirements, business opportunities and Principal requirements to develop the IFM cluster in Geo markets.
• Coordinating information, prepare presentations and proposals, follow up and arrange/conduct meetings with IFM GMC ,Product and Geo GMC members, SBU/SSU Heads locally and overseas, Principals and customers.
• Gather relevant information pertaining to target business & projects, in order to develop new business for Geo companies.
• Provide / share information as requested on a regular basis to / with internal and external stakeholders (IFM Geo , Product and Geo GMC members, SBU/SSU Heads locally and overseas network, Principals and customers) in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.
• Ensure quality service by following standard operating processes / procedures.
• Contribute to the Continuous Improvement process prevailing throughout the organization by introducing changes in order to improve products, services and processes.
• Attend workshops, trade shows & seminars to keep up to date of the changes in the industry.
• Coordinate & Develop marketing tools such as Branding initiatives, Brochures, Website etc.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management / Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 1 years relevant experience. OR
• 6 passes with 'C' for Mathematics and English at the GCE O/Levels or London O/Levels. AND
• Minimum 2 passes for A/L's OR successful completion of UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course with minimum 4 years experience.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
• Computer literate / Extensive knowledge on MS Office Package.
• Good Presentation skills.
