Job Description

1. Critically analyze the operations in each SBU and propose areas for improvement.
2. Lead the Budgeting and implement right controls and monitoring process to drive towards the targets.
3. Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
4. Introduce KPIs for the respecting areas.
5. Liaise with Finance and initiate projects to drive the GP and NPs.
6. Compile, Analyze, and Draw insights from data and present to the management.
7. Assist Sales in Product portfolio management.
8. Identify, analyze, and implement new systems and initiatives and bring in cost savings.
9. Monitor, evaluate and control the implemented systems.

Requirements:

1. Being qualified in CIMA/CA/ACCA
2. Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Finance.
3. Positive, Focused, and out-of-the-box thinking approach
4. Proficiency in data analysis, presentations, and MS Office tools.
5. At least 03 years of experience in a similar capacity in the Food Industry.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently
