Job Profile

Lead and oversee daily production operations, ensuring that targets and schedules are consistently met.

Supervise and mentor production teams, including crew members and supervisors, to maintain high performance standards.

Maintain comprehensive production records and generate accurate daily and weekly reports for monitoring performance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency.

Enforce stringent health and safety standards across all production activities.

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of executive-level experience in a meat or bakery manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems for production tracking and management.

Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team and people management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet production demands.

Willingness to work long hours and be located in the Biyagama area.
