Position: Assistant Manager Maintenance

JOB ROLE

Requirements: 

• HND/NDES/NDT with at least 3 years experience in 
• Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic fields. Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
  
  
• Experience in a food production facility at a supervisory level would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of networking, CCTV, and computer software is an additional qualification.
  
  
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  
  
•  Candidate should be below 30 years of age
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  
  
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of premises, plant, and machinery with minimum supervision.
  
  
• Responsible to plan and handle production facility layout changes and machine layout changes to increase productivity Liaise with service providers to order or request specific services as needed.
  
  
• Handle insurance processes for machinery covered under the insurance policy Maintain spare parts stock records.
  
  
• Maintain records of all maintenance work.
  
  
• Prepare work rosters and schedules for subordinates.
