QA Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Develop and manage Rest API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, GraphQL, and AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, SQS).
• Work with tools like Medistrano, Sumologic, Grafana, RDBMS, SQL, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, GitHub Actions, and Maven.
• Oversee test management activities, including test plan and strategy creation, test data preparation, test execution (Sanity, Integration & Regression), and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with teams across regions (USA, Poland, Romania, Japan) and be available during EST hours for coordination.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies and support release activities with deployment primarily occurring during EST hours.
• Mentor and guide the QA team in test design, execution, and automation practices.
• Ensure high-quality standards for UI, API, and database testing.
• Work in a Linux-based workspace and create detailed mindmaps for test design and strategies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience with automation for UI and API testing; mobile and database automation is a plus.
• Proven experience in using automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Robot Framework, Cypress, and others.
• Expertise in API testing with tools like Postman and GraphQL.
• Experience in working with cloud services such as AWS (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, SQS).
• Proficiency in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, GitHub Actions, and Maven.
• In-depth knowledge of Test Management tools such as Jira, and experience with Test Plans, Test Strategy, and Test Data Management.
• Strong experience in RDBMS and SQL.
• Ability to independently work with global teams across multiple time zones (USA, Poland, Romania, Japan).
• Experience in supporting release activities and deployments, particularly during EST hours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
