Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Executive Corporate Travel to join our clients dynamic travel management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling corporate travel bookings, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination with travel partners to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process corporate and group travel booking requests, including flight arrangements, pricing, and special requirements.
• Provide accurate and competitive fare quotations to corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
• Liaise with corporate travel coordinators to develop customized travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
• Identify client needs, clarify travel requirements, and provide suitable alternatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Generate sales and performance reports to monitor trends and evaluate key metrics.
• Manage and grow assigned corporate client portfolios, ensuring profitability and client retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and sales targets.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the corporate travel or airline industry.

• Qualification in IATA or a related travel management program.

• Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage corporate accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies, procedures, and pricing models.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
• Strong teamwork orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
