Requirements:

• Bachelors and Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 05 + years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales and marketing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing CRM and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and automation tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing technology solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

IT STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP:

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead the IT team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other department heads (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure technology supports key business processes.

TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT:

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of the company's technology infrastructure, including CRM, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Optimize the use of automation tools to streamline sales and marketing workflows, including customer engagement, lead generation, and performance tracking.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Lead IT projects from concept to execution, including system upgrades, new software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prioritize technology projects based on their impact on revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

VENDOR & BUDGET MANAGEMENT:

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for software, hardware, and IT support services.
• Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with business needs.

SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT:

• Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans are in place to protect company data and systems.
• Monitor and mitigate IT risks, including system vulnerabilities and downtime, to ensure business continuity.
