Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage and track project expenditures and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare tender, contract documents and bills.
• Evaluate tenders and assist in contractor selection.
• Monitor and control project costs during construction.
• Assess, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Valu Engineering the quotations.
• Analize project outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, NDT, HND, or equivalent
  qualifications.
• Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in the exterior cladding industry.
• Proficiency Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Communication Skills Excellent communication skills with clients and
  contractors.
• Work Ethic Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Experience with Architechtures and interior designining industry.
