WE ARE HIRING: Lead Engineer - DevOps (Infrastructure & Security)

Job Role:

Responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security of centralized server infrastructure. This role involves driving DevOps transformations, aligning with industry best practices, and mentoring teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab.
• Implement automation for deployment, configuration, and monitoring of Linux/Windows servers.
• Manage containerized environments with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
• Oversee infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Advocate and implement secure coding and DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of deployed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with application needs.
• Manage infrastructure security, networking, database services, and virtualization platforms.
• Mentor and guide the team on DevOps best practices to ensure operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift), and automation tools.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Strong system administration skills for both Linux and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning, patching, and remediation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Red Hat OpenShift Administrator) are highly desirable.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
