WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager Customer Base Management (Broadband)

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer life cycle strategies to maximize lifetime value through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Segment the customer base for targeted acquisition, onboarding, retention, and upselling.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify proactive engagement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute base management strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align products, pricing, and promotions with market trends.
  • Enhance customer experience by identifying journey pain points and working with customer service to resolve them.
  • Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and assess initiative effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and product teams for integrated campaign execution.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and incorporate feedback into initiatives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns including timeline, budget, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Align campaigns with business objectives and customer segmentation insights.
  • Collaborate with analytics and external agencies for campaign optimization.
  • Partner with finance to create and manage budgets tied to KPIs like revenue and ARPU.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Masters degree is an added advantage.
  • 6-7 years of experience in base management, lifecycle marketing, or product management in telecom or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data for strategic use.
  • Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, retention, and targeting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and measurable impact.
