Job Accountabilities

• Conduct inspections for clients, including fabric inspections, inline inspections, and final product inspections at designated factories.
• Participate in Pre-Production (PP) meetings and monitor pilot runs with factories.
• Collaborate with factories to ensure needlepoint quality control and provide troubleshooting support.

• Work with factories on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) during inspection failures.

• Ensure product line quality is maintained throughout inline and final inspections.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Inspector in a buying office or at a factory in a supervisory role.
• Experience in woven bottoms inspections for US-based clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in inspection processes.
• Ability to collaborate with factories to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
