WE ARE HIRING: Senior Customer Care Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, or other communication channels.

Monitor daily operations of the customer care center to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Mentor and support junior customer care staff by providing guidance and training as needed.

Escalate complex customer issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Ensure adherence to service standards, procedures, and policies.

Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
-
Support team leaders and management with performance reports and customer insights.
Requirements:

Preferably below 27 years of age.
-
Preferably sat for GCE A/L.
-
Minimum of 18 months experience at a Customer Care Centre, Call Centre, Contact Centre, or similar business environment.
