Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist with deep expertise in LLMs and Multi-modal AI to help build our AI-powered Application Management Intelligence Platform. You'll design and deploy advanced ML and Generative AI solutions to drive autonomous IT management, streamline workflows, and unlock intelligent, dynamic handling of complex business application environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build an AI solution that comprehends complex technical processes and can perform autonomous IT management tasks.
• Build strong data acquisition pipelines to ensure data quality and relevance while implementing mechanisms.
• Participate in product design to fuse user experience and data/feedback/label collection.
• Design AI-driven solutions for knowledge retrieval, validation, contradiction detection, and summarization, integrating vector databases to provide real-time insights from incident histories, documentation, and logs.
• Develop AI-powered tools to prioritize and resolve IT incidents efficiently, leveraging both structured data and unstructured real-time insights and automated workflows to address high-impact issues.
• Design and implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for system monitoring, anomaly detection, and failure prediction.
• Sturdy feature Selection and Engineering automation.
• Model Performance and Retraining Management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 07 years of experience in the related field.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies for knowledge management, including embedding vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven information extraction, summarization, and retrieval.
• Experienced in building AI-based knowledge graph, RAG, Q&A, and other Information management solutions.
• Must be proficient in Python programming and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of the observability domain, including monitoring tools, log analysis platforms, and infrastructure management.
• Experience in designing data pipelines and implementing automated feedback loops for continuous model improvement.
• Experience in software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and productionizing software solutions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Operations, Research, or a related field.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of incident management processes, AI-based automation workflows, change Management processes, and Configuration Management.
• Expertise in large-scale data architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience presenting AI insights in a meaningful way to C-level stakeholders with concise and impactful delivery.
