What Were Looking For:
- Academic qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or leisure sector.
- Age range: 30-40 years.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in property maintenance/engineering is an added advantage.
