Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Sri Lanka
Experience: Minimum 6 years (with at least 3 years as a DevOps Engineer)
Role Type: Full-time US-Based Contract

Job Summary:
A well-established company is seeking a highly skilled Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure and services supporting the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Git, and .NET/Python development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure and services.
• Maintain Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, and Service Bus components.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Maintain and optimize Git repositories and related tools.
• Develop and maintain .NET and/or Python applications and services.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of infrastructure components.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong expertise in Terraform, Git, and scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
  • Proven ability to manage Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, and Service Bus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications:
Holding Azure-related certifications such as:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
