Assistant Manager - Space on Hire (SOH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic short-term leasing plan for common area spaces, kiosks, and branding opportunities.
• Identify and target potential clients including retailers, advertisers, corporate brands, and event organizers.
• Pitch and present promotional and branding opportunities to clients, showcasing mall footfall and audience demographics.
• Prepare detailed proposals with tailored pricing, terms, and layouts to meet client needs.
• Negotiate agreements to achieve favorable terms while maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and fees, addressing payment issues as needed.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of promotions, kiosks, branding displays, and events.
• Monitor competitor malls and other commercial properties to identify trends and opportunities in promotional leasing.
• Ensure all client activities comply with mall policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Work closely with the malls marketing team to create attractive promotional packages and event opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in SOH leasing, retail leasing, advertising sales, or event management.
• Proven track record in generating revenue through space leasing or advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
• Age between 30 - 40 years.
