Job Overview:

• Full-time role to enhance organizational effectiveness through HR strategies, training, employee engagement, and culture management.
• -Supports LRAs mission by fostering a positive, creative, and entrepreneurial work environment.
• -Acts as a bridge between management and employees to align with organizational goals and empower teams.

Requirements

•  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with LRAs business objectives.
•  Conduct training needs assessments and design development programs to enhance skills.
•  Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
•  Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth.
•  Manage organizational culture by promoting values of innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
•  Empower teams through leadership development and fostering accountability.
• Create an encouraging and creative environment to nurture an entrepreneurial spirit among employees.
• Foster employee engagement, manage relations, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with HR best practices and local labor laws.
• Plan and manage organizational development projects with a focus on culture and innovation.
• Stay updated on HR trends and global best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Should be able to speak and understand English.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 2-4 years of HR or organizational development experience, preferably in professional services or financial sector.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or local equivalents) desirable.
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal) for professional communication and culture-building initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to foster creativity and entrepreneurship.
• Experience in managing organizational culture and empowering teams.
