Chief Financial Officer

Working hours - 9 hours 
Working days - Monday to Friday - (should be able to work on the weekends when the work demands)
Working method - Onsite
Work location - Panadura

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Develop and implement financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Accounting & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting systems.
• Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Process Optimization: Work with teams to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor liquidity and financial risks to protect company assets.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning, regulatory filings, and compliance.
• External Relations: Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering professional growth.
• Industry Insights: Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes in the apparel sector.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Certifications: Fully qualified CA/CIMA/ACCA/CMA.
  
  Experience:

• 10+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
