Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Account Management Team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Drive new sales, add-ons, and re-contracting business, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Strengthen client relationships by delivering tailored solutions and proactive support.

Monitor sales performance metrics, gather insights, and optimize strategies.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance sales and customer service skills.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Manage client requests, escalations, and internal coordination for a seamless experience.

What Were Looking For

7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of Exetel and Superloop products, services, and processes.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Office 365, and technical knowledge in voice, data, and mobile solutions.
