Job Summary

A leading and well-established conglomerate in Sri Lanka is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function and drive the organization's people strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR operations across the Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, driving organizational growth and performance.
• Oversee performance management systems to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
• Manage and optimize compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices across all HR functions.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to HR teams, guiding them in daily operations and long-term HR initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A results-driven approach with a passion for people and organizational success.
