Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Requirements:

• Should possess a Management or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute/university would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Minimum 1 -2 years experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Identifying the talent requirements and developing sourcing channels as per the portfolio requirements
• Engage with advertising channels and partners for the branding sessions and advertisements
• Preparation of advertisements for the available vacancies and coordination with the corporate communication department for continuous improvement of advertisements to ensure the advertisements are effective and attract the target group.
• Develop selection methods/ tools based on the requirements of the portfolio.
• Source suitable candidates from the available talent pipeline for the required positions in the portfolio.
• Scheduling, conducting interviews and select interview panels based on the complexity and hierarchy of the positions.
