Job Title : Executive/Senior Executive - Finance Business Performance Management (Industry : Insurance)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage the cost structure of the organization
• Preparation of detail business plan introducing zero based and activity-based budgeting for GOE, VE & CAPEX for planning cycle
• Submit planed expenditure to the Group Office
• Hold monthly discussions with budget owners and review the existing spend
  analysis
• Facilitate and maintain cost allocation basis for business and service units in SAP
  Periodic review of cost allocation basis and update for changes/new units

Requirements : 

• Bachelors degree in accounting/Finance from a recognized university
• Full/ part qualification in ICASL/ CIMA or ACCA (part qualification of CIMA is a must)
• Hands on experience in Accounting standards (SLFRSs)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Good at effective Verbal and written communication skills
• Good communication skills in English
