Responsibilities

• Creative development decision-making
• Technical Planning and recommendation
• Write clean, maintainable, tested, and documented code to implement features.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Implement best practices to optimize the overall application performance.
• Work closely with Project managers, designers, and other engineers to implement features that meet or exceed project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the development team.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the development process and improve the quality of our applications.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development knowledge including HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript-based Static Site Generators, Next or Gatsby
• Strong knowledge and experience in animation libraries such as Three.js, GSAP, Theatre.js, Anime.js, etc.
• Solid Practice in Agile Development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Working understanding and ability to use git repositories and version control
• Desire to learn new technologies and languages
