Tech Lead - Java Fullstack

Competencies

Hands-on experience of JavaEE with Spring, Struts, and Hibernate is a requisite.

Strong understanding of Java frameworks, Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, and Docker-related Tech Stacks.

Exposure to Bootstrap, and JQuery is a must

Familiarity with MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle-120/19C is essential.

Experience with WebLogic, JBoss, and Glassfish Application Servers is preferred.

Hands-on experience in CICD, code reviews, design reviews, code coverage, and test automation

Experience in cloud platforms and cloud services.

Experience with Agile Software Development.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with project stakeholders to get the project delivered within the stipulated time, cost, and scope.

Capacity to lead the team at the technical front and to ensure that it aligns with delivery activities.

Willingness to work closely with customers, business analysts, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop the solution.

Good communication skills and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Team-oriented and the ability to manage with minimum supervision in a high-pressure environment.

Self-motivated and a drive for continuous improvement.
