Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Manage the offering process in alignment with established pay bands and ensure a seamless onboarding process through process streamlining.
- Establish and oversee performance management process consists of goal setting, mid- year review and year end reviews.
- Provide necessary insights for performance management-related queries.
- Provide inputs for the monthly payroll.
- Lead the team for timely submission of monthly no-pay reports for payroll.
- Lead the Learning and development process.
- Implement a competency assessment process to assess skill gap among executive and above staff.
- Prepare the annual budget for Learning and Development.
- Ensure the execution of planned Learning and Development interventions.
- Preparation for HR budget for executive and above cadre
- Conduct structure and role analysis based on emerging requirements.
- Streamline processes and documentation related to transfers, departmental changes, and supervisor transitions.
- Collaborate with other departments to align talent management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and executives to understand workforce needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources management / business administration
- Possessing a masters degree in human resource management will be a definite advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and a strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word),
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional level of attention to detail, excels in planning and organizing tasks, adept at meeting strict deadlines, and possesses strong negotiation skills for effective relationship building.
